Map

June 2011. Field visit.
A ruined flint and brick structure, probably a farm building. The structure would originally have measured about 16m by 5m. The walls survive to a low level, with rubble fallen from them scattered along their lines. The bricks appear regular and machine made. As the structure appears on the Ordnance Survey 1st edition 6 inch map (S1), but not the tithe map (S2), it was probably built in the mid 19th century.
D. Robertson (HES), 28 June 2011.
