There is a detached Victorian house standing in grounds of approximately one third of an acre, which includes a four storey red brick mill, a former bakery, and a garage/store/workshop. The house dates to the 1800s, and includes the Tower Mill, which is also known as the Great Goliath (see NHER 5286).
