Listing Description Excerpt:
"Gate pier and wall, late 17th century, remains of formal garden laid out after his marriage in 1686 by Sir Nicholas Le Strange. Red brick with stone dressings, classical style rectangular on plan gate pier. South rebate stone console bracket. Stone moulded plinth above, supporting bracket to roundel."
