Full Description
January 2011. Photographic Survey.
Recording of barn prior to proposed conversion and extension.
A building is shown in this location of the Stow Bedon tithe map (1846) and the 6 inch ordnance survey 1st edition map (1879-1886). The plan of the present building is larger than those shown on the historic maps and it is possible that this has been extended or is a new building built in the same location. According to the current owner this building was used as a stable in the 1960's and more recently as a workshop.
See report (S1) for further details.
S. Howard (HES), 16 August 2011.
