A barn is first shown in this location on the tithe map (1838) but the building plan shown on the 6 inch 1st edition ordnance survey map (1879-1886) and modern maps is smaller suggesting the barn was either extended or replaced by a new structure sometime after 1838.

Historic building recording.
A barn is first shown in this location on the tithe map (1838) but the building plan shown on the 6 inch 1st edition Ordnance Survey map (1879-1886) and modern maps is smaller, suggesting the barn was either extended or replaced by a new structure sometime after 1838.
