October 2011. Norfolk Rural Schools Survey.
The school was built in 1859 as a single room school with late additions. The building is constructed in a tudoresque style from knapped flint with white brick dressings and a red pantile roof with black pantile diaper pattern on the western roof slope. The school was closed in 1957/8 and has since been converted into a private dwelling.
