Map

Site of 1 of the 5 milestones along the Norwich to Aylsham and Antingham road. This road "left Norwich up St. Clement's Hill, through Spixworth to Frettenham where it divided. The left-hand fork continued though Buxton, then along the present B1354 to Aylsham to join the Norwich, Aylsham and Cromer turnpike. The right-hand fork went north through Felmingham to Antingham where it met the North Walsham to Cromer road."

This milestone is tombstone-shaped, and is possibly 18th Century. Only the Roman numerals "VII" are visible, but NORWICH may have been carved above it.

The Milestone Society have reported this milestone as lost from around 2002.
