Built in 1876-1877, this brick building was composed of 2 rooms arranged in an L-shape, with room for 70 pupils, although in 1900 the average attendance was 51. The school was enlarged in 1907 to have a maximum attendance capability of 130 pupils, with an average attendance of 84 in 1947. There are various other additions of later 20th century date such as a flat roofed side porch and a small, flat roofed, rear porch.
