Full Description
September 2011. Systematic Fieldwalking and Metal-detecting Survey.
Field survey of proposed development site.
Finds recovered included:
5 ?prehistoric burnt flints.
5 prehistoric flint flakes and 1 blade.
3 medieval pottery sherds.
2 medieval/post-medieval pottery sherds and 1 lead pot mend.
1 post-medieval copper alloy ?coin, 1 silver?coin, 2 pottery sherds, 2 brick fragments, 2 pantile fragments and 1 roof tile.
1 undated lead ?weight and metalworking debris.
