Full Description
A wedge-shaped milestone found buried in a garden on the northen outskirts of Thetford in 1995. It is one of the series of the Norwich to Thetford turnpike (see S2).
The inscription reads:
80/Miles to/LONDON;
28/Miles to/NORWICH.
