A programme of building recording was undertaken in 2011 ahead of proposals to convert the barns into residential dwellings.

December 2011. Historic Building Recording.
Record made of redundant agricultural buildings prior to their proposed conversion.
The main barn was used for threshing cereals and is constructed from flint with brick quoins with a clay pantile roof. The small barn is constructed from clay lump with a pantile roof and has been used more recently for storage and as a stables.
