Summary

The elementary school and associated teacher's house was built in 1819 but could be later as some directories cite 1839 and 1854. Since closure in the first part of the 20th century the building has been converted into a private dwelling.

The elementary school and associated teacher's house was built in 1819 but could be later as some directories cite 1839 and 1854. The building is constructed in a Gothic style from coursed field flint rubble with gault brick quoins and stone quoins to the gables facing the street. Since closure in the first part of the 20th century the building has been converted into a private dwelling.
