Summary

The Girls school opened in 1850 and later became a mixed school. Both the Boys (NHER 44243) and Girls rooms closed in July 1989. Since closure this building has been used as an officer before 2002 and later as an art gallery between 2002 and 2009.

The Girls school opened in 1850 and later became a mixed school. The building is constructed in a plain style from coursed carstone with a slate roof. Both the Boys (NHER 44243) and Girls rooms closed in July 1989. Since closure this building has been used as an officer before 2002 and later as an art gallery between 2002 and 2009.
