A milestone recorded by the Milestone Society and positioned along the King's Lynn to Downham Market road. It is a gravestone-shaped milestone, with the inscription written inside an indented rectangular panel on the front face.

The inscription reads:
FRONT: "DOWNHAM/6/LYNN.5".
