Map

A post-medieval milestone recorded by the Milestone Society and positioned along the Holt to Dereham road. It is an octagonal-sectioned milestone, with alternating tapering upwards and tapering downwards trapezoidal faces. The left-hand face giving the distance to Holt has been damaged slightly and parts of the inscription are missing.

The inscription reads:
LHS: "(7)/MILE(S)/TO/HO(L)T".
CENTRE: "HINDOLVESTON".
RHS: "11/MILES/TO/DEREHAM".
