Full Description
A post-medieval milestone recorded by the Milestone Society and positioned along the Norwich to Bungay road. It was last recorded in 1998 where it was described as "ok" however it has since been smashed into approximately 8 pieces along with the base which still remains in the ground. Based on its position, it is likely that the milestone's inscription gave the distance to Norwich as being 2 miles and the distance to Bungay being 12 miles.
