Map

A post-medieval milestone recorded by the Milestone Society and positioned along the Norwich to Wroxham road. It is a gravestone-shaped milestone positioned parallel to the road and with the inscription on the face facing the road. The milestone has been almost completely buried leaving just a few inches of the top showing above the pavement. The inscription has therefore been almost completely covered as well, leaving just the number "7" visible. It is likely that the inscription indicated 7 miles to Norwich.
