Full Description
A post-medieval milestone recorded by the Milestone Society and positioned along the Fakenham to Holt road. This is a small, square-sectioned milestone with the locations and distances on 2 opposite sides and the parish name written vertically on a third face.
The inscription reads:
LHS: "TO/HOLT/7 1/2 /MILES".
CENTRE: "THURS(FORD)".
RHS: "TO/FAKENHAM/3/MILES".
