Summary

Metal-detecting between 2012 and 2017 recovered Roman and medieval coins as well as Roman and Late Saxon to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Roman phallic harness mount; a Late Saxon to post-medieval lead annular spindle whorl; medieval buckles, strap-ends, a horse harness pendant and a lead pot mend; medieval/post-medieval vessel legs, a button and a pocket sundial and a lead weight and a post-medieval buckle, button, harness mount and lead trade weight.
