Summary

Metal-detecting between 2012 and 2019 recovered Late Saxon and medieval coins; a post-medieval token and a range of other, Late Bronze Age to post-medieval metal objects. These metal finds include a Late Bronze Age socketed axehead fragment and tanged chisel; Roman brooches; Middle Saxon pins; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories; medieval candleholder fragments, a harness pendant, thimble and purse bar; a medieval/post-medieval harness mount and lead standing weight and post-medieval jew's harps, rotary keys, harness mounts, a mount, rowel spur, crotal bell, book clasp, coin weight, furniture fitting, lead cloth seals and lead weight.
