Map

April 2012. Norfolk NMP.
Several ditches are visible as cropmarks (S1-S2), and possible bank features are visible as earthworks (S3) on aerial photographs on land to the south and west of Catton’s Farm, Wymondham.
The site is centred on TM 0906 9812 and extends across several fields, but the features do not appear to be aligned in a similar way to the field boundaries visible on historic maps. It is possible that they represent drainage features, but it is difficult to offer any definitive date for the features.
E. Bales (NMP), 30th April 2012.
