Full Description
March 2010 & February 2012. Building Survey.
The school was founded in 1866 and was built as a one-roomed school, there was a small classroom extension added in 1884 and the infants' room was added in 1872. The teacher's residence dates from the Georgian period and was probably purchased for use as a teacher's house. The school closed in 1955 and is now a restaurant, farm shop and bed and breakfast establishment.
