Full Description

June 2012. Norfolk NMP.
Soilmarks of field boundaries, some of which relate to those depicted on the Tithe Map of 1841, are visible on aerial photographs on land to the north of Carr Farm, Old Buckenham. The soilmarks are centred on TM 0638 9256. It is likely that they are post medieval in date, given that they closely follow the pattern of field division on the tithe map (S3).
