Map

June 2012. Norfolk NMP.
An area of undated linear ditch cropmarks is visible on aerial photographs (S1) to the south of Folly Lane, Old Buckenham. The site is centred on TM 0920 9165 and comprises ephemeral ditch cropmarks at least one of which, running northwest-southeast, appears to be on a different alignment to the field boundaries visible on historic maps. It is difficult to be certain of these cropmarks, as there is a certain amount of underlying geological patterning, and the ditches themselves are faint and ephemeral and only visible on one set of photographs.
E. Bales (NMP), 12th June 2012.
