Map

July 2012. Norfolk NMP.
Many field boundaries which are depicted on the tithe map, as well as agricultural cropmarks, are visible on aerial photographs (S1) on land to the south of Little Moor Farm, Banham. There are also a few linear ditch features which appear to be archaeological in nature, centred on TM 0457 8860. It is difficult to be certain about these features, particularly those to the west of the field, since there are many geological marks which make it difficult to see the archaeology, however it is possible that those to the east represent a possible trackway and /or field boundaries of unknown or possible medieval date.
E. Bales (NMP), 11 July 2012.
