Full Description
July 2012. Norfolk NMP.
Earthworks of possible medieval ridge and furrow are visible on aerial photographs (S1) on land to the west of Home Farm, Quidenham. They are centred on TM 0249 8761, in an area containing several multi-period metalwork finds ( NHER 24936,31252, 31677, 31678, 31681 and 35731), including Late Saxon and Medieval material, indicating that this area may have been a focus for activity during the medieval period.
E. Bales (NMP), 11 July 2012.
