Map

April 2012. Norfolk NMP.
The slight earthworks of a possible medieval or post medieval land boundary are visible on aerial photographs (S1) to the north of Silfield. The site is centred on TM 1262 9984. This small enclosed area of land is visible as faint earthworks within an area of grassland. While it is possible that these features relate to relatively recent activity within the field, but it was felt that on balance the oblong depression related to fairly insubstantial boundary relating to medieval or post medieval land allotment.
