July 2012.
Site visited by C. Kolonko (HES), 28 April 2012. Integrated into a wall bordering on Whitehart Street. Placed to cover the junction with Croxton Road. The concrete pedestal is hexagonal rather than round and has also been concreted into the nearby wall, most likely to create a fixed field of fire for the mortar.
