Map

August 2012. Norfolk NMP.
Earthworks of possible medieval ditches are visible on aerial photographs (S1) to the southwest of a known Middle Saxon to Medieval settlement site (NHER 6033). The site is centred on TL 9785 8504. The earthworks are clear on only one set of photographs, and may represent modern drainage ditches, therefore they have been recorded with a note of caution. It is possible, however, that they represent medieval ditches which may be related to the excavated site NHER 6033 to the east.
E. Bales (NMP), 23 August 2012.
