Summary

Metal-detecting between 2012 and 2014 recovered post-medieval coins and undatable and Late Saxon to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include undatable casting waste; a Late Saxon brooch; a Late Saxon/medieval lead mount; a medieval seal matrix and buckle; medieval/post-medieval copper alloy vessel fragment and lead weight and a post-medieval crotal bell and a handle escutcheon plate from a piece of furniture.
