Map

November 2012. Norfolk NMP.
Possible medieval to post medieval field boundary banks and/or drainage ditches are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs (S1-S5) to the south and east of South Farm, Quidenham.
The earthworks are centred on TM 0200 9067, and consist of a number of linear banks and ditches, many of which are likely to relate to post medieval drainage ditches. The linear banks directly to the south of the farm buildings, centred on TM 0194 9073, however, seem more likely to represent possible medieval to post medieval field boundaries. Field walking to the west of the area in 1993 recovered medieval to post medieval pottery (NHER 29959).
