Summary

Former Independent Chapel dated 1821, later used by the Wesleyan Reform congregation. In 1954 the chapel was sold and became a store. The building was reported to have been converted into a house in 1990.

Former Independent Chapel dated 1821; this is a brick building with a hipped pantiled roof. The front wall is broad and has a central entrance, which was enlarged for vehicle access; this is between two wide windows which have flat arched heads. In the rear wall of the building there are two blind or blocked windows.
This was built for an independent congregation in 1821, and was some time later used by the Wesleyan Reform congregation. It was sold in 1954 and became a store; however the chapel is eported to have been converted into a house in 1990.
