Summary

A watching brief maintained during the excavation of a drainage trench in 2011 identified no archaeologically significant features or deposits. Finds were limited to two small bone fragments and small amount of post-medieval and modern ceramic building material.

Monitoring of groundworks associated with installation of new drain.
The narrow trench excavated through the churchyard revealed no archaeologically signficiant features or deposits. Unstratified finds recovered included two small bone fragments and a small amount of post-medieval and modern brick and tile. These finds were not retained.
