Summary

Metal-detecting between 2011 and 2020 recovered medieval and medieval/post-medieval pottery sherds; medieval and medieval/post-medieval coins and a number of other, Bronze Age to post-medieval metal objects. These metal finds include Late Bronze Age socketed axehead fragments; a possible Bronze Age copper alloy awl or chisel; Roman brooches; medieval composite strap ends, a mount and silver annular brooches; a medieval/post-medieval finger ring and buckle and a post-medieval button.
