3 and 10 March 2012. Systematic fieldwalking. Caistor Roman Project, Field CRP 23.24.
Undatable ceramic building material, animal bone fragments, slag, clinker, burnt flint and shell.
2 Late Iron Age pottery sherds.
16 Roman pottery sherds and 2 tegula fragments.
6 medieval pottery sherds.
2 medieval/post-medieval pottery sherd.
72 post-medieval pottery sherds, 49 clay tobacco pipe stem fragments and 1 clay tobacco pipe bowl fragment.
Post-medieval to modern ceramic building material and vessel glass.
