Full Description
January 2013
The site of remaining World War Two structures associated with with North Pickenham airfield. These structures include two Stanton air raid shelters and a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Plinth. M & E plinths usually contained electrical equipment, and sometimes a back up generator, to distribute electrical power to the associated airfield. M&E plinths tend to be built to local specifications.
