The PRE Site is on the perimeter of RAF Coltishall.
According to (S1) the site consists of a fenced compound with grassed and concrete pavement areas with concrete revetments built around pipelines, valves and fuel tanks. The term PRE seems to be an abbreviation of either Product Receipt Enclosure or Petrol Receipt Enclosure.
