Summary

West Walton war memorial was erected in the 1920's to commemorate the local people who died during the First World War and additional names were added following the Second World War. The monument consists of a wheel cross on a plinth resting on a marble base.

"First World War memorial erected in the 1920s.
HISTORY: The war memorial was erected in the 1920s to the memory of the local men who died during the First World War. More names were added after the Second World War. The designer is unknown."
