A 'draining pump' is marked at this location on late 19th century OS maps. Its type is unknown although, given the relatively small area it appears to have drained, it is likely to have been a skeleton type mill. It had disappeared by the 1907 OS map.

A 'draining pump' is marked at this location on late 19th-century OS maps (S1). Its type is unknown although, given the relatively small area it appears to have drained, it is likely to have been a skeleton type mill. It had disappeared by the 1907 OS map (S2).
