Full Description
June-July 2001. Watching Brief.
Observation of trench dug for new electricity cable running between Bacton and North Walsham (Field 4).
No archaeologically significant features or deposits observed.
Unstratified finds recovered included:
1 pottery sherd, 1 eyelet, 1 copper alloy washer, 1 unidentified copper alloy object, 1 pewter button, 1 lead decorative strip and 1 unidentified lead object.
