Map

November 2013. Building Survey.
Well-designed pair of semi-detached houses of single storey with attic. Perfectly symmetrical design with roof and gables removed after 1956 to convert into animal shelter and other agricultural uses. Evidence of fromer wide hearths at each Gable-end accompanied by stairs. Fine pilasters at corners and skewback arches with cambered soffits over openings. Two re-used mill or stable horizontal pivot windows. Well-built houses which replace clearly less salubrious dwellings on the site. Workers from these hovels moved into the new semi-detached houses.
