Map

Brick kiln and marl pit here on 1836 Ordnance Survey.
E. Rose (NAU).

Previously recorded under NHER 1933. It should be noted that no trace of a pit is shown in this field on subsequent O.S. maps. Potentially a confusion with the possible brick kiln site identified to the south-east (NHER 36182, where a large pit is marked on the 1st Edition O.S map)?
P. Watkins (HES), 12 December 2013.
