Summary

At least one worked flint of possible Palaeolithic date from Morton was exhibited at a meeting of the Prehistoric Society of East Anglia in 1934. These were described as being of "…degenerate Levallois type" and had apparently been recovered from beneath boulder clay deposits. There present whereabouts are unknown.

At least one potentially Palaeolithic worked flint from Morton was exhibited by J. D. Solomon and J. P. T. Burchill at a meeting of the Prehistoric Society of East Anglia on 23 May 1934 (S1). These were shown as part of a group of artefacts described as "Implements of degenerate Levallois type…apparently predating the Brown Boulder Clay".
As noted by Wymer on (S2) and in (S3), there is no evidence that these objects survive.
