Summary

Metal-detecting in 2014 and 2017 recovered a medieval pottery sherd; Late Iron Age, medieval and post-medieval coins; post-medieval jettons and Roman, medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Roman button-and-loop fastener; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories; a medieval pot mend and harness or strap stud; medieval/post-medieval copper alloy vessel fragments and a 'paper-clip' rivet and a post-medieval book clasp, harness mount, toy cannon and crotal bells.
