Summary

The only archaeological feature identified during a watching brief in 2013 was a large quarry pit of possible 19th century date. A single sherd of post-medieval pottery was also recovered.

Full Description

October 2013. Watching Brief.
Monitoring of groundworks associated with the construction of a single dwelling.
The only archaeological feature identified was a large quarry pit of possible 19th century date. A single sherd of post-medieval pottery was recovered from the topsoil.
