No significant evidence of medieval activity was recorded in this area. A large post-medieval pit was recorded at the southern edge of the site, which may have been used for clay extraction before being used for disposal of waste. Further small pits of uncertain date were recorded.
Finds recovered from the site included a single worked flint of probable Mesolithic date, a single sherd of medieval pottery, a single oyster shell, two post-medieval iron nails and a post-medieval horseshoe. Several fragments of post-medieval brick and tile were also recorded.
