January 2013. Geophysical Survey.
Magnetometry of proposed development site (Area 2).
This survey identified two former field boundaries in the southern portion of the surveyed area which correspond to boundaries depicted on the First Edition Ordnance Survey map (S1).
The only other magnetic anomalies identified during the survey consist of linear trends caused by modern fields drains and modern ploughing, localised areas of magnetic enhancement caused by geological variation, and isolated dipolar anomalies created by the presence of modern ferrous material in the topsoil.
For results in Area 1 see NHER 60537.
See report (S2) for further information.
