Summary

Metal-detecting between 2013 and 2025 recovered Roman and Late Saxon to medieval/post-medieval pottery sherds; Roman, medieval and post-medieval coins; a post-medieval token and a range of other Early Saxon and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. These metal finds include Early Saxon brooches; a medieval buckle, coin weight and unidentified copper alloy object; a medieval/post-medieval mount and thimble and a post-medieval buckle, probable sword-belt fitting, furniture escutcheon plate, mount, mount or stud, unidentified copper alloy zoomorphic object and lead cloth seal.
