Summary

Metal-detecting in 2014 recovered Roman, medieval and post-medieval coins as well as Bronze Age to Roman and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Middle/Late Bronze Age spearhead; a Late Bronze Age tanged punch and fragment of socketed axehead; a Middle Iron Age/Roman enamelled mount or stud; Roman brooches and a key handle; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories; medieval copper alloy rings and a sword or dagger chape; medieval/post-medieval purse bar fragments, a casket hinge and a probable lead stylus and post-medieval crotal bells, a seal matrix, watch winder and a rowel spur fragment.

Middle Iron Age/Roman enamelled mount or stud.
Roman brooch.
4 medieval coins and a copper alloy ring.
Medieval/post-medieval buckles, the knop terminal from a purse bar, a fragment of purse bar and a probable lead stylus.
1 post-medieval coin, buttons, a buckle, a watch winder and a rowel spur fragment.
