Full Description
May 2013. Watching Brief.
Excavation of foundation trenches for construction of a new house and garage was monitored. The trenches revealed a thin layer of topsoil overlaying silty-sand subsoil, which in turn overlaid natural sand. No archaeological finds or features were recorded.
